this could mean
two things:
a mistake was made
somewhere in the bottling process
and a minute typo occurred
whereupon it should read
2006.

or!

this product
really does have a shelf life
of two hundred years
and will last through
the nuclear holocaust
the alien invasion
the fourth rampage of Godzilla
the second coming
the extinction of mankind
and
the dawn of the Balrog’s time to rule the Earth
to be
the finest post-apocalyptic potable
there is.
